Sensible Seeds specializes in making sure that your package gets to you quickly and discretely. Sensible Seeds has a number of Quick Discreet Delivery Options and have a customized delivery system at the check out to suit your individual needs. We have been shipping seeds for many years and know the best methods to keep your order safe. You will not find a better delivery option anywhere else. We only use the most efficient premium and rapid, discreet methods of delivery to ensure your order arrives safe and sound. You choose exactly how you want your items shipped, We even have online tracking to see where your parcel is.

Should you like to choose another method of delivery we are open to suggestions.

SENSIBLE SEEDS DELIVERS

What will my parcel look like? Just like any standard priority service parcel in the postal system; the only text that will be displayed on the parcel is your name and delivery address, plus a return PO box address on the back - there will be no indication whatsoever of contents.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in British pounds Sterling. There is a currency convertor on the order form or you can go to www.xe.com If you have a special delivery request, please put the details in the additional information box on the order form Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and Order reference numbers.

£4.50 from within the UK. Outside the United Kingdom there will be a £9.50 shipping & handling fee. Bongs and large/heavy items may incur a larger shipping & handling fee due to their bulkier nature. Our packaging is VERY discreet and will not overtly reveal contents or sender.
£6.95 Special Next Business Day Delivery (Please note - Orders made after 1pm, cannot be sent out for Next Day Delivery, but will be sent the following day)

£11.50 Saturday Delivery


UK orders will be delivered in 1-3 working days and sent 1st class recorded delivery.

Orders outside of the UK will arrive in 5-10 working days 99% of the time, on rare occasions it may take as long as 21 days. If your goods have not arrived after 28 days please contact us.

Once you have done so, we will make enquires into the missing parcel with the relevant postal service, to try and track down your shipment.

Should you like to choose another method of delivery we are open to suggestions.

If your parcel is an international parcel and you do not receive your goods within 21 working days, then please contact us. (It is 15 working days standard for the UK) Once you have done so, we will make enquiries to try and track down your parcel into with the relevant postal service. If we are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them.

If you choose the ‘Insured’ International, we guarantee your parcel in the event of it not arriving to you, and we will reship your parcel to the original address provided that we do not receive online confirmation of the delivery of your parcel from the mail service. The Insurance will cover the goods being sent only one more time. Customers purchasing goods that contravene their local laws must accept the fact that sometimes they have a risk of being intercepted.


Exclusions from our guarantee :
(i) If your parcel is confirmed as delivered by the mail service however you claim to have not received it, you must take this up with the mail service including your mail person to obtain further information where the parcel was delivered to or left at your property.
(ii) Our guarantee is also voided if you enter an incorrect delivery name (not the name on the mail box) or address, as it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information to ship your parcel to. 99% of parcels arrive through your door however if your parcel requires collecting from the mail service then this is your responsibility to collect it. We do ask that please double check all information before submitting, because once it is submitted, we might not be able to change it before dispatch.
